birthday
just celebrated my 19th birthday a few days back and this year was definitely great(: it was actually a mixed feeling of wanting to celebrate my birthday yet also another feeling that i’m getting older.. hahha, but all went well and i really had a great time!
this year was special. perhaps after being through so many ups and downs this year, getting to know more people, their personalities and everything. some came into my life and left, while others continued on being in my life(: it’s just amazing, how this year made me grew much closer to my parents as well as my siblings. and being in many different situations that brought me to who i am now.
working in the real world, got caught for jaywalking by a traffic police, been through one of my deepest valley, knew God in a whole new different level, moved to grandma house and then back to my beloved pasir ris house and being back in school with their different level of stress… and knowing more people like seeteng, leslie, zhanyu(: as well as knowing the closeness and depth of how a friendship could be. thanks potato, molihua, fung(:
thank you for the birthday messages. either on facebook or sms. i personally love to receive a SMS cos it just makes it so personalized and i can see it whenever i want. haha. and yes, i received an email too! thanks daniel! and the birthday surprise pamela, jerene and jackson who planned. just want to say i really enjoyed the kite flying and the hunting of presents!((: and to you seeteng, thanks for that bouquet of flowers made from balloons! it’s just so special(:
just want to continue guarding my heart and not being emotionally led. wouldnt want to be waiting for somethings that literally wont be worth the wait and pick myself up and decide. i’m glad i didnt stay put and wait this time round. gonna learn how to discern and prioritize my stuff as well. and lastly, continue to trust His heart.
i’ve just began my 3rd day of my 19th year! haha, it’s just the beginning and can’t wait for that big 2 to arrive! heh
